As each of our products is individually crafted to your specifications, production begins only after payment confirmation has been received.

You’ll then be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your transaction using your credit card or PayPal account. All transactions are safely processed through PayPal, and the charge will appear on your bank statement under PayPal.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method—either your PayPal balance or your credit/debit card.
